National programmes on subjects people have already made up their minds about. Creators, news pages, podcasts, signed columns, on-ground films and live formats, running together over months, with every post logged and measured rather than estimated.
Getting somebody to accept a policy and getting them to try a new perfume are the same job. Reach a real person, through people they already trust, and give them a reason to think again.
Start a conversationOpinion does not turn all at once. It turns one person at a time, which is the only way it holds.
Plenty of this industry is built on whose logo you can put on a page. We have never found that it says much. The people who hire us already know the work, and the ones who do not are better served by talking to us than by reading a list.
There is a practical reason too. A good deal of what we do is sensitive while it is running, and some of it stays that way afterwards. Discretion is part of what a client is paying for, and a company that treats it as optional the moment it needs a case study is not offering much.
So we hold ourselves to the only measure that has ever mattered here. Every campaign should be better than the one before it. Not louder. Better.
The hard part is a person who has already decided, or who has never once thought about it. Moving them is the whole job.
Plugd was built for that. Not for filling a content calendar, and not for making a brand look busy. For the campaigns where somebody has to come away thinking differently than they did before.
We have done it where the audience starts out suspicious, on national programmes about subjects people are wary of. And where the audience starts out indifferent, on brand work that has to land culturally before it can sell anything. Two very different rooms. The same skill.
Every campaign comes with a reporting dashboard. Clients sign in and see every post, every link and every number while the work is going out, rather than a deck at the end of it.
They change it when the same idea reaches them from several directions, from people they already listen to. So we do not sell a format. We pick the ones that will do the job.
From mega names down to regional nano pages, matched to who the audience actually trusts rather than who has the biggest follower count.
Long conversations with the people who carry real authority on a subject, produced end to end.
Signed pieces placed with credible names, for the readers a reel will never reach.
Sustained presence across platforms, including rapid response when something needs correcting the same day.
Unscripted street interviews with the people a subject actually affects. Real answers, in their own words and their own language, filmed where they live rather than in a studio. Nothing persuades a sceptic like somebody who sounds like them.
A live dashboard for every campaign. Open it any time and see exactly where the work has reached.
Some campaigns start with an audience that is suspicious. Others start with an audience that could not care less. The work is different, the skill is not.

Brand and culture work in categories where nobody is short of noise. The job is to land culturally first, with people who already have somebody's attention, and give them a reason to notice one thing rather than another.
The audience is chosen before the creator is. Numbers are reported as they are, not rounded up. And the client can see the whole of it, while it is running, without asking us for it.
If you would rather work on campaigns that have to change somebody's mind than campaigns that only have to look good, have a read.
